Amyloidosis Journey: Documenting My Dad’s AL Amyloidosis Journey
I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend! Being that this past Friday was Good Friday – dad had his chemo treatment last Thursday and started as usual – getting blood drawn by Mrs. Jean. Once the numbers came back acceptable – he started his chemo treatment. Dr. Pingali didn’t come in today, so it was just the chemo appointment.
As far as this coming week goes, he is supposed to be meeting with the Dr. Trachenburg (the cardiologist) sometime later in the week and then will have his 18th chemo appointment on Friday.
As he is going to be starting the additional testing please keep the prayers coming!
