Amyloidosis Awareness – Facebook
It has been twelve years my father an olympic athlete was diagnosed with amyloidosis. Through the years he has had chemotherapy, dialysis, a stem cell transplant, a kidney transplant and has been a patient to many trail medications and treatments. Doctors have not yet found a cure for amyloidosis and I would like to spread amyloidosis awareness to build support, knowledge and research to find a cure and help save the lives of amyloidosis patients. With spreading awareness in the near future doctors can take precautions for amyloidosis just as they do for other blood diseases and cancers.
