My husband was diagnosed with WT ATTR and stayed on Attruby. Initially, for the first 4 weeks he felt good, but now he is having autonomic nervous system problems. Urge incontinence, orthostatic hypotension and just feeling worn out most days. Started on Midodrine for his BP but at 7.5mg 3 times a day, it's barely helping.
Anyone else having these types of symptoms?
