Today, I had the privilege of presenting our work on AI-guided early diagnosis of ATTR cardiac amyloidosis at the Annual Meeting of the Israeli Cardiology Association.
Our study demonstrates that combining several readily available clinical variables can significantly improve the identification of patients at risk for ATTR cardiac amyloidosis. It offers a practical tool that can be easily integrated into everyday clinical practice. Earlier diagnosis enables earlier treatment initiation, with the potential to meaningfully improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
This work is the result of a three-year collaborative innovation project, built on the continuous development and advancement of clinical and technological initiatives within Leumit Health Services, in collaboration with the Leumit Innovation Center and Feel Better.
This project was conducted with the support of Pfizer, whose contribution helped advance this innovation initiative and the associated research.
