3๏ธโฃ Women presented with greater disease burden: NT-proBNP 2,574 vs 1,632 pg/mL and 6-minute walking distance 320 vs 411 m.
4๏ธโฃ Tafamidis was prescribed less often in women: 50.0% vs 69.7%.
5๏ธโฃ Women had more early events, including a higher 2-year risk of heart failure hospitalization (HR 2.21). However, female sex was not independently associated with outcomes after adjustment.
