(Singapore, 11.06.2026)DKSH has entered into a strategic distribution partnership with biotechnology company BridgeBio to support the regulatory evaluation and future commercialization of an innovative treatment for transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) across Australia, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan.
Under the agreement, DKSH Healthcare will provide end-to-end commercialization services for BridgeBio’s transthyretin stabilizer, covering regulatory affairs, medical affairs, market access, distribution and commercial operations. The collaboration aims to accelerate patient access to a new treatment option, subject to regulatory approvals in each market.
ATTR-CM is a progressive and life-threatening disease caused by the accumulation of abnormal transthyretin proteins in the heart, leading to heart failure, repeated hospitalizations and increased risk of cardiovascular death. The disease often remains underdiagnosed despite its serious impact on patients’ quality of life.
