Cardiac amyloidosis, particularly transthyretin amyloidosis (ATTR) in older adults, is increasingly recognized as an important and potentially treatable cause of heart failure, yet true population prevalence and biological spectrum remain incompletely defined.'? Advances in noninvasive imaging and disease-modifying therapies have heightened interest, but the burden of histologic cardiac amyloidosis in the community remains incompletely characterized® Using a population-based autopsy cohort from an era of high autopsy use, we esti
mated the prevalence of cardiac amyloidosis and characterized the amyloid deposition grade.
