My amyloid condition has seriously affected my heart's function. So I am in the hospital now, in the middle of my fifth month.
I am at the University of Washington Medical Center, awaiting a heart transplant. O-neg takes awhile.
So as to redeem the time, I wrote my 18th book. It is 63,300 words, and 295 pp. It's already been sent it off to publishers. The book was written entirely as an in-patient.
