People with transthyretin amyloidosis with cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) face high rates of illness and death. In the HELIOS-B trial, vutrisiran reduced the risk of all-cause and cardiovascular mortality, CV hospitalizations, HF hospitalizations, and urgent HF visits compared with placebo. In this session, HFSA faculty will review new findings from the open-label extension study and a post hoc analysis of HELIOS-B.
