Here, you’ll meet John, Gina, Ken & Mary, whose lives have all been affected by ATTR-cardiac amyloidosis (ATTR-CM). John and Ken share what signs and symptoms led to their diagnoses, along with their experiences finding treatment with Attruby. The two couples reflect on the treatment journey and how they find joy in everyday moments, big and small.  

What is Attruby? 

Attruby is a prescription medicine used to treat adults with a disease that affects the heart muscle called cardiomyopathy of wild-type or variant transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis (ATTR-CM), to reduce death and hospitalization related to heart problems. It is not known if Attruby is safe and effective in children.
