Hello, first time posting here. My cardiologist at Cleveland clinic is "pretty sure" I have Amyloid but we need to find out what type. I had a swab for the genetic test done (still waiting for results)and am waiting to have a heart biopsy done. I had open heart surgery last year and I know the biopsy isn't as painful as that was...but I am a little nervous about it. Can anyone share their experience with a heart biopsy?
