Rare Chest Disease in Man Looked Like Lung Cancer but Was Actually Amyloidosis. A 62-year-old man with a history of systemic Amyloid light-chain (AL) amyloidosis in prior haematological remission presented with progressive dyspnoea and non-productive cough. CT imaging initially suggested advanced lung cancer, but further evaluation revealed characteristic deposits confirming amyloidosis. This case highlights the importance of thorough investigation in complex presentations.
