Patrick Hagen is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Hematology/Oncology at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. He earned a medical degree at St. George’s University followed by residency in internal medicine from the University of Minnesota and a fellowship in hematology/oncology from Loyola University Medical Center.  He is the co-chair of the Loyola Multiple Myeloma and Amyloidosis research committee and is a working group member of the Southwest Oncology Group (SWOG) Barlogie-Salmon Myeloma Committee.
 
Dr. Hagen is a malignant hematologist and stem cell transplant physician.  He performs both autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplants.  He treats both leukemia and lymphoma.  He focuses most specifically though on treating and undertaking research in multiple myeloma and systemic light chain amyloidosis.  He sees patients at Loyola’s Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center and Marjorie G. Weinberg Cancer Center at Melrose Park. He is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology.
