Chest Pain in Amyloidosis: Causes and Mechanisms

Chest pain in amyloidosis patients occurs in approximately 38% of cases and arises from three primary mechanisms: elevated left ventricular diastolic pressure causing angina, amyloid infiltration within and around coronary arteries (particularly in AL amyloidosis), and obstructive coronary artery disease (more common in ATTR amyloidosis).
